On Friday, October 30, 2015, Donna Colombo, Executive Director of Trinity Center Walnut Creek, and Joseph Blackman, PG&E Board Member, were pleased to present to employees at PG&E’s Diablo Division to share the services we provide to homeless and working poor people in Walnut Creek and the surrounding community. The goal for PG&E’s 2016 Campaign for the Community is to connect employee donors with nonprofit organizations like Trinity Center Walnut Creek. Victor Baker, Diablo Division Sr. Manager, kicked off the event, explaining that PG&E employees volunteered more than 75,000 hours last year in a range of charitable efforts across Northern and Central California, including Trinity Center.
At the event on Friday employee donations, matched by PG&E, were shared between Trinity Center and Pink Lemonade, an organization that assists cancer patients and their families.
Thank you PG&E – we are proud to be a partner in providing energy to our community!
