Wayne Morris joined Trinity Center’s Board in 2021 and is a member of the Executive Committee and the Finance Committee. He is a retired attorney and the former Vice President and Regional Counsel for Kaiser Permanente in Northern California. In that role he was responsible for providing or arranging legal services to the senior leadership team of Kaiser Permanente. He also was the leader of Kaiser’s government relations efforts, as well as its public benefit programs. During his 21-year career with Kaiser, Wayne provided free legal counseling to the AIDS Legal Referral Panel in San Francisco, and was also a member of the Board of Tenderloin Health in the City. He is a member of St.Paul’s Episcopal Church in Walnut Creek, and that is where he first learned of the important role that Trinity Center plays in helping the homeless and poor residents of Contra Costa County. He is also an active docent at the Legion of Honor and the de Young Museums in San Francisco. Wayne lives with his partner Tom in Walnut Creek.
