My wife Sue and I have been residents of Walnut Creek for over forty years. We have two sons (both college professors), each of whom is married. We have six grandchildren, and our first great granddaughter expected this month.

For many years, I have been involved in the community service, For example, I was Chairman of the Board and a Director for the Walnut Creek Chamber of Commerce. I have served on the Board of several other non-profit organizations. I served on the PROS Commission for the City of Walnut Creek as well as on the City Council. I am a former Mayor of Walnut Creek.

We have in our community many members lacking basic needs, such as meals and housing. Trinity Center works successfully with these members to assist them in obtaining their needs, as well as to develop the necessary ability to succeed. This work, and the importance of Trinity Center, is important not only to the individual members and also to our community.
