Pam joined Trinity Center nine years ago as manager of the Evening Program seasonal winter shelter. Since then, she has held roles in every department, working her way up to Associate Executive Director. Pam is a mid-westerner who left the family farm to study and travel abroad for many years, then living and working all over the U.S. before settling in the Bay Area. She has appreciated building meaningful experiences which include founding and owning a successful California Corporation. She is proudly passionate about advocating for vulnerable people and helping create pathways for equity and dignity. Pam has done this through her work in corporate and non-profit finance and administration. Whether working on growth opportunities, cultivating support, collaborating on processes or policies, or participating in boots on the ground advocacy, she is bolstered by her firm belief that every person is worthy of support and capable of taking their own next step toward success. She wants everyone to join in these efforts and support Trinity Center’s mission!
