Leticia Wiesner is a passionate leader and advocate for working with marginalized people, and developing social enterprises with an emphasis on Diversity Equity and Inclusion. She is a Business and Workforce Development professional who attended Santa Clara University in Engineering, changing paths to become a Counselor in Mental Health through studies at San Jose State University. She is also a leader in Supported Employment with 20+ years’ experience as a Director/Manager/Counselor in non-profit/public/county/social enterprise/education, and corporate sectors. In her role at Trinity Center, she oversees case management and member programs. Leticia is also a consultant for diversity, equity, and inclusion for Workforce Consultants Group, and a Board Member for Marin Ventures in Marin County. She loves serving and promoting strong and progressive work environments for all seeking fair and dignified treatment.
