Pam joined Trinity Center nine years ago as Manager of the Evening Program seasonal winter shelter. Since then, she has served in nearly every department, bringing deep operational knowledge and a steadfast commitment to the organization’s mission. Today, she serves as Associate Executive Director.
A proud Midwesterner, Pam left the family farm to study and travel abroad, later living and working across the U.S. before making the Bay Area her home. Her diverse professional background includes founding and operating a successful California corporation, as well as extensive experience in both corporate and nonprofit finance and administration.
Pam is deeply passionate about advocating for vulnerable individuals and creating pathways to equity and dignity. Whether developing strategic initiatives, strengthening internal systems, building community partnerships, or participating in direct advocacy, she brings a values-driven, people-first approach to her work.
Pam believes that every person is capable of taking their next step toward success—and that we all have a role to play in supporting one another. She invites everyone to join in advancing Trinity Center’s mission of compassion, connection, and opportunity.
