Paida brings over 20 years of leadership experience spanning healthcare, housing, and nonprofit services—locally and internationally. A former psychiatric nurse practitioner turned executive leader, she has guided diverse teams across the U.S., U.K., and Australia, always centering compassion, equity, and excellence. In the Bay Area, she has led major programs at Covenant House California and Lifelong Medical Care, building new housing and health initiatives, expanding access to services, and developing partnerships that uplift the most vulnerable in our communities.
