Access to Employment
Trinity Center’s Workforce Development Program is a vital service designed to help individuals who are experiencing homelessness or unemployment, to gain the necessary skills and resources to secure employment and achieve financial independence. The program provides job readiness training, resume and interview assistance, and access to job leads through employer partnerships. In addition, the program offers vocational training and certification programs in high-demand fields to help individuals develop marketable skills and improve their chances of obtaining a job. The program’s staff work closely with each individual to identify their strengths and interests, and develop a customized plan to achieve their career goals. Through the Workforce Development Program, Trinity Center is empowering individuals to gain the confidence and skills they need to succeed in the workforce and improve their lives.
