Mary is honored to support the Trinity Center through their leadership transition.  Over the past 20 years, Mary’s work has focused on guiding organizations and individuals through transitions, both planned and unexpected. She has supported 20 organizations going through a leadership transition — 17 of them as an Interim Director.  The organizations that she has worked with span the breadth of the nonprofit sector, including: legal services, health and social services, education, the arts and the environment.  Some of the organizations more related to Trinity include her role as Interim E.D. of the  Contra Costa Crisis Center in 2017 and the Mary Elizabeth Inn in 2024, and Executive Search Consultant for Meals on Wheels Diablo Region. She draws on her extensive experience as an Executive Director, Board Member, and Management Consultant for dozens of Bay Area nonprofits.  In addition to her BFA and MA in Expressive Arts Therapy, she has an MBA from St. Mary’s College, where she also taught management for many years.  She values the opportunity to work with a service organization like Trinity Center, which is so rooted in and supported by the community.
